PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

All pricing is set out in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST (unless purchased for overseas delivery).  All rights are reserved to amend pricing at our discretion and without notice.  We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.  Purchased items will be released upon receipt of full payment.

SECURITY / PRIVACY

All personal information that you provide to us (names, address, telephone, email) remains strictly confidential and will not be released to any outside entities or individuals.  Credit card details you may provide when purchasing from our website will not be kept on record.

PRODUCTION

Time frames for production of your purchase is normally around 2 weeks from time of order.

DELIVERY

Delivery within Australia is FREE. Our international shipping charges include postage, packaging and full insurance for your extra peace of mind. We charge a flat fee of AU$35 for all international shipping. As we are not located in a metropolitan area all times for delivery are indicative only.  All delivery costs associated with sending your purchase will be in addition to the purchase price of the purchased items. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon postage of purchased item/s.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All items are checked before packaging and sending to you.  We do not accept returns, exchanges or change of mind on purchased items that have been made to order.  Cancellation of orders will incur a fee of up to 100% of payments made.  We are aware that accidents and errors may infrequently occur and such incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
